The metal handle on one of the stew pan lids came off during cooking. Only 3 good similar wine glasses - should be at least 4. Concerned given Covid, that part toilet rolls from previous occupiers had been left in each toilet. The double doors to the garden have no curtains - in the dark evening it felt exposed and is overlooked by rear neighbours.Read more Positives: Comfortable beds, warm and plenty of hot water/good showers, two dedicated parking spaces, roomy kitchen/diner/sitting area. This cottage is very spacious on the ground floor, with very good heating/ hot water and situated in a lovely, quiet location. Two of the bedrooms are not particularly large.

The Granary provided a great base for the Northumberland coast beach holiday we wanted. The 2 parking spaces gave easy access to the kitchen door, & the outside hosepipe was perfect for rinsing off sandy feet & wetsuits after a day at the beach. We all thoroughly enjoyed our week there.

The Granary is a beautiful cottage in a small complex of equally rustic properties on the outskirts of Seahouses. It was a pleasant walk into the town and seafront which was great for us. The living area downstairs is great. The huge kitchen diner made it a very sociable area which we used most of the time we were there. Beautiful cottage in a superb location. It is very well equipped. Plenty of space inside and out. It is only 15 minutes walk to the harbour. The two parking spaces are a real bonus. Highly recommended.

A great holiday cottage and lots of space downstairs. Nice little garden area to sit out and enjoy. About a 10 minute walk to seahouses centre. Parking for 2 cars. Lots of dvds there if need, good WiFi and modern tv (not that we watched much being out most of the time exploring). Very easy reach to Bamburgh about 5/10mins in car.
