A smart and comfortable holiday cottage where you can walk to everything, with a garden and parking. Perfect for families and friends looking to relax and to explore Northumberland.

This holiday home is tucked away in an exclusive setting in the ever-popular village of Seahouses, with just three other properties and within easy reach of the shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways. Walk to the busy fishing harbour to watch the daily catch being landed, play on the sandy beach, and explore the coastal paths. Head northwards towards magnificent Bamburgh Castle and south towards beautiful Beadnell Bay for water sports and a sunset stroll towards Dunstanburgh Castle and beyond. Take a boat trip out to the Farne Islands or try a local fishing trip. The golf course has sea views and is open year-round to visitors. A short drive will take you to Lindisfarne’s Holy Island for a great day out and you must visit Alnwick’s castle and fabulous gardens.

Entering this warm and welcoming holiday home with underfloor heating on both floors, you will find yourself in the bright hallway with the attractively presented lounge to your left. Here you can curl up on the comfortable seating after your days out in the fresh air exploring the area and watch your favourite programmes on the Smart TV or listen to some music on the Smart speaker. Head through to the light and spacious kitchen/dining area where you can enjoy your meals together sitting at the dining table which overlooks the garden through the French doors. The contemporary kitchen has luxurious, white granite work surfaces and is equipped with plenty of storage and everything you will need, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. A door leads into the utility room where there are a washer/dryer and another useful sink, and you can access the garden from here too. Off the hallway, you will find the calming master bedroom for a great night’s sleep in the king-size bed; it has a TV and a built-in wardrobes for your things. The beautifully tiled shower room with shower and WC also provides further storage under the sink and sits adjacent to the king-size bedroom. Head upstairs to find the two lovely matching twin bedrooms, one with a TV, Velux-style windows and spacious, walk-in closet-style space. The striking bathroom has a generous ‘P’-shaped bath with a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, at the rear is an attractive, enclosed garden with garden furniture, where you can extend your days in the fresh air and dine alfresco. There is off-road, allocated parking for two cars. .

Stayed at Coopers Catch and what a catch it is. Beautiful house, very clean, comfortable and very well kitted out. It is the perfect location in Seahouses, so central, yet set back from the main road, so also very quiet. Suburb holiday cottage. It was very comfortable and welcoming upon arrival. The bedrooms were very spacious with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked and very easy to cook in. Location couldn't be better, just a short walk down to the main street and the pier. Coopers Catch is an extremely comfortable, very well equipped cottage with pretty much everything thought of. Spacious throughout & equipped to a high standard. Great location to the village. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Coopers Catch. The house is a great location with walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped even with children's plates. We were welcomed to wine, biscuits, tea and milk when we arrived. Excellent stay at the Coopers catch, couldn't fault it . 5 mins walk to shops and harbour. Recommend dining at Elans , Potted Lobster, Craster arms ,Old ship inn is worth a visit. Great garden at the Bamburgh castle Inn, fish and chips from Neptunes. Great beach walks to Bamburgh to the castle and to Beadnell in the opposite direction.

Superb property in a perfect location for both shops and restaurants and centrally placed for all of Northumberland attractions. Attention to detail, quality of bed linen etc could not be faulted.

Coopers Catch is a lovely, well equipped cottage a stones throw away from the centre of Seahouses. We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage which felt like a home from home. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family booking a holiday in Northumberland.

Having stayed in Seahouses a number of times, this was by far the best property weve stayed in. The owner has thought of everything that you could possibly need for your stay. The location is amazing, 5 mins to centre of town. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again - thank you

Ideally situated to allow access to al this wonderful county has to offer. Holiday home near to Seahouses for easy access without being right in the centre. Comfortable and well equipped with every thing we needed. A good time was had by all. Thank you for a great stay .

We were delighted with Cooper's Catch. From the minute we walked through the front door, we felt relaxed and ready to enjoy our break. Beautiful house. Very well equipped. Very clean. Excellent location . Bonus of the Coop being 5 minutes walk for fresh bread and breakfast supplies. We loved our stay ..easy access to Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh castle, Alnwick castle and gardens, Alnmouth , and Warkworth. Highly recommend Neptune takeaway fish bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a lovely property! We enjoyed a great week in Seahouses and the property is amazing. Well equipped with high quality fittings and an excellent heating system which meant that the house was warm and welcoming even when we returned after getting drenched. Location is great - walking distance to the local shops, harbour and accessible walks and wRead moreith parking spots.
