Enjoy a memorable stay in this gorgeous, modern apartment with vintage style furniture and many thoughtful touches. Perfectly placed to visit wider Northumberland for a larger family or friends.

This wonderful townhouse has been created from the tasteful conversion of a period building in the centre of Alnwick and offers relaxing accommodation set over five floors of vintage retro style and furnishings. You are within walking distance of two of the area’s major attractions; the world-famous Alnwick Gardens with its renowned Treehouse restaurant and of course, the magnificent Alnwick Castle. You are close to the market square where you can stock up on fresh produce and crafty gifts to take home twice a week and the town is full of independent shops, friendly bars and restaurants. Nearby the pretty coastal village of Alnmouth with its long, sandy beach and the panoramic views from the golf course is only a short drive.

Enter the property on the ground floor and into the open-plan kitchen/dining space. There is a large table and plenty of seating should you like to entertain some friends and the kitchen has everything you will need including a electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Take the stairs down to the lower ground floor to the lounge where you can relax on two large comfortable sofas and a window seat to watch a movie on the Smart TV. Off the lounge is a contemporary shower room with a WC. There is an area for your coats and boots here too and a rear door leads down some steps to the shared courtyard from this lower ground floor. Head to the first floor for two double bedrooms, the first double is a spacious room with two large windows with seat cushion and a sofa bed, the second bedroom is calm and cosy with a chest of drawers for your things. On the second floor you will find the bathroom with a stylish freestanding bath and separate shower. The light and airy third bedroom is also on this floor with a double bed and walk-in style closet. Head up narrower stairs to the spacious master bedroom built into the eaves with exposed beams, there is a double bed and a sofa bed with spare linen so a younger family member could share this room if preferred.

Outside from the rear door, three steps lead down to a stylish enclosed shared garden. The property has its own dining space and there are toys and games for the children and a gas BBQ for your use. This area has pretty lights and even its own WC so, you can stay outside and extend your day in comfort. For parking you can unload from the Market Square and then park in the free 24-hour car park just 2 minutes away.

Great property right in the middle of town and so within easy walking distance of restaurants and pubs as well Alnwick Castle and Gardens. Comfortable for 8 people.

Great location, spotlessly clean accommodation right in the heart of Alnwick. Lots of stairs to keep you fit! Close to the castle and surrounded by lots of great local shopping, eating and drinking venues.

The property is just amazing with plenty of space for a party of 9 (1 infant) - the location is perfect too. The house is in the centre of the town and not far from a beach! Owner was attentive and made sure everything was going well!
