A compact property in a lovely location, ideal for one or two people (and dog). Great views and ideally placed for countryside and coast. Our only gripe was that the fold down bed was not particularly comfortable. Its otherwise a great little property.

Great little cottage ideal for 2 and a dog, lovely view out the back over the fields. Ideal location for visiting places around the area. Takes about half an hour to walk to town and the beach and 10 minutes by car. Parking in town can be hard but plenty of room on the beach front, 2 for all day. The Summerhouse is a lovely small cottage, perfect for two people. The views are stunning and it is an easy 20 minute walk into Alnmouth for restaurants, shops etc. Perfect base for exploring Northumberland; most places are less than a half hour drive. Alternatively, there's loads of walking and lovely villages on walking routes on the doorstep.

View from window was magnificent. I did not consider the beach and shops were within walking distance as stated in the 'need to know' section.
