Well equipped property that is conveniently located close to Bamburgh. Large enclosed area at the back, ideal for our dog. Can walk over the fields to Bamburgh - takes about 15 minutes. (Note: if you have a dog it has to be lifted over over 3 or 4 stiles en route). Thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay.

Lovely, clean and spacious property in a very peaceful area. The cottage was well equipped and there were good, clear instructions about how everything worked, which you don't always get in holiday rentals. We enjoyed a great chilled out week in this beautiful part of the country and would definitely stay in the cottage again.

An absolutely fabulous property in an idyllic location. A 5 minute drive from the shops and pubs in Bambrugh or a 15 minute walk across the field following the blue footpath sign on the left. The Granary is a superb base for exploring all of what the Northumberland coast has to offer. Ideal for kids and dogs with the massive enclosed garden. The faRead morermhouse kitchen is where we enjoyed the majority of our time so the lounge area got very little use. The Donkeys are lovely but can be noisy at 3a.m!! Hide

Lovely cottage, the best equipped we have ever stayed in. Secure garden ideal for children and dogs. Great property for a large family though a bit too far from the centre of Bamburgh for very young children to walk. Recommend The Potted Lobster for a meal out.

This is top notch self catering accommodation. There were only four of us so it felt positively palatial. We were blessed with the weather so made full use of the garden. Furnishings and equipment superb. Only thing I needed but couldnt find was a garlic press but I was probably looking in the wrong places! 17 donkeys next door were a bonus. We werRead moree warned against walking through the field to Bamburgh because of the cows so it wasnt really a doable walk for us which was disappointing Hide
