A beautiful property perfect for a larger family or group of friends, providing everything from an adventure-filled to a relaxing, beachside holiday. The property offers an open outlook, is close to the beach and has a view in the distance of Bamburgh Castle.

This four star property has been overhauled by an interior designer upstairs and down. The house offers coastal themed luxury, a stone's throw from the beach. With an open outlook at the back and a castle view from its third bedroom, aptly named Turtle Bay, there's always something to look at. Downstairs, hues of blues and greys continue its seaside feel. Soft blue cushions and white furniture add light and comfort throughout the lounge. The south facing garden allows you to relax in the sunshine well into the summer evenings. Each bedroom is named, whether you are sleeping in Starboard, Stateroom, Ocean's Dream or Turtle Bay, you will find comfort and relaxation during your stay. 

Seabreeze is located within walking distance of the traditional fishing village of Seahouses. Its’ wonderful attractions include a beach, harbour, range of shops, eateries, pubs and amusements. Enjoy a round of golf at the local 18-hole golf club or take a boat trip to the Farne Islands to spot puffins and seals. Alternatively, you can explore the coastal path to breath-taking Bamburgh with its magnificent historic castle. Seahouses is within easy reach of Alnwick, a market town and home to Alnwick Castle and Gardens. Nearby are Embleton, Low Newton, Craster, Dunstanburgh Castle and Holy Island. This a fantastic base to explore this area of outstanding natural beauty. Seahouses is close to the Scottish border so if you are looking to explore farther away, take a trip to Paxton House, Coldingham Bay or North Berwick.
Entering the property via the front takes you into the hallway, the perfect place to store your outdoor clothing. Downstairs the kitchen/Lounge/Dining is open planned. The lounge with comfortable sofas and a snuggle chair is the ideal place to relax after a day out. Enjoy a movie on the Smart TV/DVD or listen to your music on the Bluetooth sound bar. The dining area is ideal to enjoy family meals together, with french doors leading out onto decking and into the enclosed garden. The well-equipped kitchen is the perfect place to cook up a storm with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer with rear door access to the garden. There is also a separate WC.
Heading upstairs you will find four beautifully interior, designed bedrooms, bedecked with Cole & Son and Thibaut wallpapers. Each is named after a fisherman’s term or coastal link. The master bedroom, Stateroom, is decorated with neutral coastal tones. It has a super-king-size bed, ample storage space and an en-suite shower room/WC. The second bedroom, Starboard, has hues of coastal greys, king-size bed and views over the surrounding countryside.  The third bedroom, Turtle Bay, with neutral tones and turquoise, whale tail hooks and boasts a magnificent view of Bamburgh Castle in the distance. It can be made up as a twin or superking. The fourth bedroom, Ocean’s Dream, with its sumptuous décor and open outlook can again be made up as a twin or superking.  Please note no shoes to be worn upstairs.
Finally completing the upstairs accommodation is the spacious bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Venturing outside to the fully enclosed rear, south facing garden, comfortable seating area and charcoal BBQ, it has everything you need to while away those summer evenings. This is the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining and lazy evenings stargazing across the beautiful countryside. There is private off-road parking at the front for two cars and roadside parking, subject to availability. The house also has a garage to store bikes, surfboards and any other large items.

We were a bubble of 6 adults. Lovely to be able to find a property that could accommodate 6 of us with three king/double beds. Very quiet. Lovely location for getting to the beach.

Seabreeze is a very comfortable and peaceful holiday home with an excellent location, very close to a superb beach with shops and eating places just a short walk away.

Beautifully presented house, very clean, great attention to detail with everything needed for a family holiday for three generations, including a toddler. So helpful that extras were also provided like kitchen paper, plastic bags, toilet rolls, soap and washing powder. Very helpful caretaker when we had an issue with the bathroom light. The house was spotless and very comfortable for all of us (family of 7 adults). It had everything we needed and the little welcome basket and milk in the fridge was a nice touch on arrival. The property was only 5 min walk from the beach. The bedrooms were all good sizes and the master was great. There was enough equipment in the kitchen and the dining and living area was well layed out. The garden was of ample size for 3 children and decking area was great for alfresco dining. Great place to stay, accommodation first class. Near Seahouses restaurants pubs (15min walk) and a few minutes to the beach taking you on some great walks to Bamburgh and Beadnle

Great location for touring beautiful Northumberland. Very welcoming house with added touch of fresh bread, milk and biscuits and a text from the housekeeper. We enjoyed a very relaxing stay.

A spacious well-equipped modern house, just minutes from the beach, which fitted the whole family in comfort. A great location for exploring Northumberland by car, it's about 15 mins walk along the seafront into Seahouses with its excellent range of places to eat and drink.
