Great location. Fantastic views over the harbour. Cottage decor and fitments looking rather tired. Spiral staircase is steep VERY steep. Head height in ensuite is challenging for anyone tall. Downstairs bedrooms designed for children, storage full of toys. I would not recommend this property for families or anyone elderly or infirm.

Fantastic location, great view but a bit run down. I'd choose this location but choose a neighbouring property that''s better maintained.
