The cottage is in a wonderful location, so close to the sea. My husband is a keen birdwatcher and he was able to spend a lot of time sea-watching just 30 seconds from our front door. The level of cleanliness in these difficult times was excellent and reassuring. The cottage was warm and very comfortable. The bunnies of the back lawn each day were aRead more joy! Perfect location if you want to get away from it all. Cottage very charming and very well run. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were both fixed without fuss, with full covid protection and within hours. Nothing more the owner could have done. Covid measures exemplary.

Warm, well equipped and cosy with lots of character, beautiful views, plenty of outside space, comfy beds, smart TV, log burner, and rabbits on the lawn every evening. There are walks along the beach in both directions (approx 2 1/2 miles to Seahouses, 5 miles to Bamburgh, 3 miles to Low Newton). Lovely location for this small cottage within 5 minutes walk of the beach. Low ceilings throughout, and a very small and low shower upstairs mean that it isnt really suitable for anyone over around 5 ft 10.....unless you dont mind walking around with bent head. Very clean on arrival, good directions provided and easy car parking. We had two meals aRead moret Beadnell Towers which were both very good. Hide

Characterful cottage, a stones throw from the rocky beach and a short walk to the sandy one, it was the ideal location. The rooms are well proportioned, with a decent sized bathroom downstairs and a shower room upstairs (although if you a over 6' tall you may struggle in the upstairs shower!) The location is fantastic - one minute to the sea and under 5 minutes to the best beach on the Northumberland coast. There is a garden with table and chairs at the front and rear of the property which meant we could enjoy the sun at any time of day.

Popular Seahouses, known to many as ‘the village by the sea', is the ideal location for a seaside holiday or short break in Northumberland. This picturesque coastal village is an excellent base from which to explore the whole of the Northumberland Coast and countryside.

Famed for its picturesque harbour and panoramic views of the spectacular Farne Islands, the bustling fishing village of Seahouses features everything you would expect from a seaside holiday and more. All the beaches in the area are dog-friendly, while there is also a huge range of spectacular wildlife and sea life waiting to be sighted.
