This spacious accommodation offers spectacular views across Beadnell Bay and provides direct access to the beach from its garden. Those that stay here can enjoy a short walk to nearby Low Newton-by-the-Sea. Boat trips are available to the stunning Farne Islands from nearby Seahouses Harbour and when the day is over, guests can enjoy the awe-inspiring sight of the stars at night from Europe's largest area of protected night sky. For the thrill-seekers out there, there are plenty of watersports facilities available, from diving to kiteboarding. Or enjoy the golf courses at Seahouses, Dunstanburgh and Bamburgh.

 The cottage has all the facilities a family or a large group of friends might need for their holiday. On the ground floor there are four bedrooms, one master bedroom with en-suite shower room, one double bedroom and two single bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. There is a utility room with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and access leading to the garden. Moving up on to the first floor, you'll find a large lounge/diner with two sofas, two armchairs, TV and DVD. The dining table seats eight and a glass door leads out on to the large balcony. The kitchen features an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and has a small table and seating.

The first-floor lounge/diner opens on to a large balcony with seating and spectacular views across the bay and out towards the North Sea. Those with small children should note that the door to the balcony is easily accessible so children should be supervised at all times. A large enclosed private garden leads on to the beach and off-road parking is available for up to four cars.

Be very cautious with the hot taps, the water is practically boiling hot

The house is in an excellent location and was an ideal base for visiting the area. . The beds were comfortable, the terrace was delightful -although the view restricted was somewhat restricted -and facilities were generally good. The downsides were the private access to the beach being overgrown, the lack of storage in the main bedroom, the lack ofRead more a washing line and the rusty gate to the garden. The cottage is is the perfect location for access to the beach. The view is lovely and the facilities are excellent for a beach accommodation. Would highly recommend for an active family.

Location great with direct access over the sand dunes onto Beadnell beach. Unfortunately property feels to be lacking any "love" - random items left in drawers/cupboards, plastic cups in the kitchen great idea for outside use but so worn they feel unhygienic. Bathroom towel rail has unsightly rust, general standard of cleaning needs improving. NothRead moreing that ruined our stay just took the shine off somewhat. Linen nice and clean. Be careful on gate locks as rusty and sharp! Hide

The cottage was perfect and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could want, The balcony was lovely and the cottage couldn't be closer to the beach which our dogs just loved.

We had a lovely time over new year, well situated for the beach and a close hop to the local bar with a slightly longer walk (but still very doable) to other bars in Beadnell. a little bit dated and the second double room is small. If booking with a little one, get instructions or ask for stair gates to be fitted as we couldn't get them to work.

Great location in walking distance of local shop and restaurants, the beach is literally a step away from the back garden and tourist attractions are just a short drive away. Property was warm upstairs and had heaters downstairs, bathrooms were clean and modern, and bedrooms were comfortable. Property could do with a little general TLC but only if Read moreyou were really nitpicking, all in all thrilled with Dunes View and would love to return. Hide

The house was in a fantastic location and was well equipped. The kitchen and bathroom were lovely clean new and warm. The house was very warm apart from the main bedroom and shower room . Would definitely stay agin .

All good. Beds very comfortable. Ensuite quite small but funtionable. Might want to amend the access for pets section for this property, as it states they are not allowed upstairs? Also a drying line underneath the first floor balcony might be nice.

Absolutely amazing week away being so close to the beach with children was perfect. House so well equipped with everything you need. Outside decking was perfect very quiet at night. Beds comfortable. Lots of space in the house. Utility room perfect for sandy dogs and dirty boots. Thank you so much!
