A stylish and spacious semi-detached property in a peaceful housing development, perfect for short breaks or a family holiday all year round.

This holiday cottage is within walking distance of the local traditional Northumberland fishing village of Seahouses. The village offers a range of shops, cafes, pub and amusements. While in the village, take a stroll along the idyllic harbour and enjoy the beautiful views of the water. Golf fans can take advantage of Seahouses' impressive 18-hole golf course, and a well-equipped leisure club.

Walking into the property guests will be met with a hallway including a cloakroom containing a WC. Through to the lounge, you will find a beautiful electric flame effect fire and two large double seater leather sofas. The lounge includes a selection of books and games as well as a TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner offers a stylish kitchen with all the amenities you might require for a longer stay including a microwave, a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and an electric oven with hob. The wooden dining table seats up to six for a perfect family meal or a dinner with friends. Take the stairs to the first floor to find a master bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom is a twin and a TV for an additional entertainment space. The third bedroom offers bunk beds. The large bathroom offers a shower over the bath, with WC.

Head through the large sliding patio doors to your own private fenced patio garden. Sit out on the patio with its own garden furniture or take advantage of your summer house with additional seating inside. Guests can also avail of the supplied BBQ. To the front of the house, you will find a small grassed garden as well as a driveway offering off-road parking for up to two cars. The garage offers storage for larger items such as bikes.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

This cottage offers private guest membership to use the facilities of The Ocean Club in Seahouses. This includes the 20-metre indoor swimming pool with a separate children's pool and spa/sauna area and a wide variety of equipment in the Fitness Suite. You can even book an hour with a personal trainer.

For those of you looking to relax a little more, you can treat yourself to a pamper day with a facial, a massage, a manicure or indulge in one of the specialist therapies on offer.There is also a coffee shop with a bar licence and free Wi-Fi to meet up with friends and family after your visit to the club.

Please note, the membership pass allows entry to this private Club. There is a charge to pay per visit of £7 per adult and £4 per child (Children under 2 go free).

The cottage, house was very nice. It was a plus with having an enclosed garden for the dogs. The windows didn't seem to close very well and the glass had gone on the patio doors, condensation in-between. We found the rest to be as we would expect and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The dogs especially enjoyed the lovely long beaches. We will be back

Lovely semi in a quiet location a short walk from the centre. Enclosed garden so perfect for taking pet dogs. Sleeps 6 though only really suitable for 2 adults and up to 4 children.
