Located in the heart of this peaceful coastal village, this inviting single-level holiday home is ideal for a large family or group looking to enjoy the beach and local attractions.

Located in the charming village of Beadnell, this property is close to many places where you can eat and drink, with friendly pub/restaurants as well as a renowned café/bistro and general store for everything you need. The picturesque beach is a haven for exciting water sports, romantic strolling, picnics in the dunes, and rock pooling with the kids. Seahouses’ thriving harbour and the village is a short walk along the coastal path for more pubs, restaurants, shops, and the scenic golf course. Book a boat trip to the Farne Islands for amazing wildlife, cross the causeway to historic Holy Island, walk to Bamburgh Castle and its wide, sandy beach and drive to Alnwick Castle and Gardens for a memorable day out and lunch in the treehouse.

Enter this spacious property into the hallway where you will find a useful cupboard to store your outdoor clothes and shoes. The first of four bedrooms is on your right with a king-size bed and plenty of storage space. Enjoy an early night and watch a film on the Smart TV. There are two other bedrooms off the hallway: one with twin beds and a Smart TV and the other with a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and an en-suite shower room with a WC. You will also find the bathroom, comprising a ‘P’ shaped bath with a shower over and WC. Moving down the hallway, you will find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This bright space is perfect for socialising and you can open the bifold doors to enjoy outside/inside living. Following your days out in the fresh air exploring this wonderful area, relax and unwind on the comfortable sofas in front of the cosy wood burner to watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV. The dining table has seating for eight to enjoy mealtimes together and the family chef can cook up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen which features an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. A door from the kitchen opens to a utility area with a microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. From here, head through to the generous fourth bedroom with sliding doors opening onto the rear garden, a super-king-size bed, a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room with WC.

Outside, to the rear, the bifold doors in the lounge lead out to the decking with an extendable dining table that can seat eight - perfect for al fresco dining, plus there are a couple of sun loungers and a small artificial lawn. A gate leads onto a village green/recreation area where your children can play. At the front of the property, there is a lovely garden bench where you can sit with your morning coffee. There is off-road parking on the drive for two cars, plus space in front of the property for a further two cars.

We were really pleased with the cottage when we arrived. The welcome pack was really thoughtful. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfy. My daughter in law commented that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The perfect holiday home! We'd never been to Northumberland before and the location/house was perfect. 5 minutes to Seahouses for boat trips to the Farne/Holy Islands and a nice selection of restaurants and shops. Sandmartins was a perfect house for our family of 7 adults. A super quiet location in a cul de sac. Five minute walk to the coast path, 10 minutes to beautiful Beadnell bay. The house was very comfortable and nicely appointed with shower rooms, very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen area. Lovely time spent at sandmartins. The cottage is beautiful and well equipped. Location is fab and with two small grand children within easy distance to beach. Just had to be careful on the steps into garden as quite high for little ones. Overall exceptional property. We will definitely return.

We have been coming to Beadnell/Seahouses for 20+ years since our children were very small. This weekend was bringing our family of 5 with their partners for the first time. Sandmartins is a lovely, clean, cosy house and was ideal for our family gathering. It was really well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and eating in. Had a fantastic time at Sandmartins this weekend. The house was so well equipped and spotlessly clean. Plenty of room for 8 adults. We would definitely come back. The welcome gift of biscuits and wine was a lovely touch .We would highly recommend.

If you like to be comfortable on holiday, this is the property for you. Absolutely stunning interior with everything you need. Very clever that the owners have provided a variety of mattresses from firm to soft and also a variety of duvet thicknesses. Beds so comfy, better than home so Im swapping to a memory foam now! A wonderful week at Sandmartins. The house was beautifully presented, comfortable and well stocked. The walk to the beach was flat and took around 10-15 mins with our small children and grandparents. The outside area was a nice early evening sun trap. Id thoroughly recommend Beadnell, the ability to walk to such a beautiful beach was wonderful and Read morethere was always sand even at high tide. Sandmartins was ideal for a family stay. Good property in a location accessible to the beach and other places along the coastal road or inland. Ample parking for 2 cars. Quiet area but has 3 places to eat with very good menus. Mobile fish and chip shop at the weekends.
