An excellently situated property, well equipped and extremely clean. Booked at the last minute as our previous property, through another site and owner, was in appalling state.

The cottage is small but well equipped. located in the centre of Beadnell a short walk from the pub and cafes, but a longer walk from Beadnell Bay Beach. The beach is the key attraction here and we walked for miles along the shoreline. Our dog loved it and must have ran 4 times the length of the beach chasing her ball.

We had a great break here. The cottage is well equipped and walking distance from the beach and pub. Beadnell is lovely close to craster, seahouses and Bamburgh we walked to the castle along the coast. The house was great for us as a couple with a dog - enclosed garden and was a perfect winter break

A very comfortable cottage with easy parking although if you go in the winter be sure you have a plentiful supply of logs since there are only two radiators on the open-plan ground floor . The cottage is well-situated 10 minutes from the sea , the village shop and an excellent caf/restaurant called the Salt Water Caf serving delicious fresh crab saRead morendwiches and tapas . The only drawback with this house is that it only has one bathroom . Otherwise it is difficult to fault . Hide

Well equipped cottage in an excellent location. Second bedroom is a little snug and could prove a bit inconvenient if 4 adults are staying and two double beds required. Overall it was more than adequate for our 3 adult stay.

This is our second visit to the cottage, which has a homely feel. It is ideally located for local amenities, with accessible beaches near by. Short drives get you to Holy Island, Seahouses, Alnwick, Berwick upon Tweed which itself is a stones throw from Scotland. The boat trip around the Farne Islands was worth every penny. My personal favourite waRead mores a trip to Bamburgh, castle and beach. We all loved the log burner which we lit on an evening which gave the cottage a very homely feel. Hide
