A warm and welcoming holiday home with an enclosed garden and walkable to the beach and local amenities. Furnished with families in mind so a perfect retreat for you and your dog.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with Beadnell’s golden sandy beach and sweeping bay only 150 metres away, this is a wonderful place to spend a family holiday with plenty of space inside and outside in the garden where you can relax and enjoy your day. With pub restaurants, a village store and a popular cafe bistro in the village you won’t need to go far. Just a short drive away is Seahouses’ bustling harbour, shops and restaurants plus the magnificent castle and beautiful beach at Bamburgh just a short drive away and both can be reached via the coastal path.

Head into the porch from the front door into the light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. There are two large sofas placed around the wood burner for cosy evenings watching Smart TV and a large coffee table for your drinks. The dining table is positioned in front of the french doors so you can enjoy sociable meals together with views of the garden. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, fridge and a dishwasher and the adjacent utility room houses the microwave, a second fridge and a washing machine.  Large freezer located inside of the garage access door from inside the house.  A glazed door leads from here out to the garden where you can dry your wet suits and beach gear. The shower room on the ground floor with a shower and WC. Head upstairs to the four bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size bed and there is plenty of space for your things in the closet style wardrobe. Relax in the en-suite bathroom with a bath and WC. There is a further double bedroom and two single bedrooms plus another bathroom with bath and WC.

Outside, to the rear, a step down from the French doors and also the utility room leads to an enclosed garden with a patio area and garden furniture for al fresco dining and to the front, there is a lawned area (not enclosed). There is off-road parking for one car and on-street space for a second car.

  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

A truly comfortable and well equipped house. A credit to the owners. Had everything you need for a home from home break. Location was excellent for the beach and eating places. Will be staying again.

Lovely house. Well equipped and in great location for superb sandy beach very.nearby. Cafes and a shop close by. We had a great week of walks on the beaches with our dog. She had a fabulous time on her doggy holiday!

Loved this cottage ideally located for the beach and local towns. It was clean and welcoming. A five minute walk from the beach and the local pub/restaurant. The rooms were spacious and even the single bedrooms were large bright and airey. The local area is friendly. We loved our stay and I'm sure we will be back again soon

We love Beadnall and have been coming since 2010, this cottage and location was superb, owners had thought of everything, even for their doggie visitors. Weather was lovely for mid September, so we had some brill walks on the beautiful beach, followed by lovely food, drinks and Company in the Craisters, which is only about a 5 min walk from cottageRead more. We are back up again in October and would have loved to book this cottage again but it has already been booked. But we will be back again for sure. Hide

Great location for exploring the Northumberland coastline. The house itself had everything we needed for a family of 5 with a dog. Fantastic week, will definitely return to Northumberland and would stay at this holiday home again.

Have holidayed in Beadnell many times, and this accommodation was up with the best. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. A short walk to Beadnell beach and its picturesque harbour. Would definitely recommend/use again.
