Comfortable seating includes a sofa and two easy chairs arranged around the internet TV, while the generous dining table is perfect for family meals. The updated, kitchen features an electric oven and hob, fridge with icebox, small freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. Two steps lead up to the bedrooms – a pretty double with plenty of light from both window and skylight (both with blackout blinds for restful nights), and a twin bedroom also featuring a skylight with blackout blind. A spacious shower room offers a lovely walk-in shower, hand wash basin, and WC.
Outside, a raised garden accessed via four steps from a small shared access area provides a paved patio with table and chairs – ideal for alfresco dining or morning coffee. Off-road parking is available for two cars either through the rear garden gate on the gravelled area to the side of the property, or alternatively, on-street parking can be found directly in front of the cottage. The village also offers EV charging points (subject to availability).
