Cottage was warm and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Our holiday was only spoiled when the 2 year old got ill on the last night of our stay and had a long trip to the nearest A and E dept.

Cottage in a good location, quiet and easy parking with a nice flat garden. Easy access to beaches. The two twin bedded rooms are very small particularly for adults. The door on one of these rooms will not close as it bumps into the foot of a bed. No hanging space for clothing in the twin bedded rooms. Cottage could do with a refurbishment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rafters, it's a beautiful cottage, well equipped with a lovely garden and perfectly situated for easy trips to Beadnell, Seahouses and Bamburgh. An issue with the high chair was resolved extremely quickly and efficiently, which really helped us to enjoy our stay. We would love to stay again!

Ideally siutated for a short break. Great coastal walking. Suspect cottage would be too noisey and busy for us if all properties were occupied.
