The beds were comfy and the kitchen was so well equipped.( we didn't walk through the cow field to the beach but it didn't take long by the footpath) The garden was lovely just a pity the weather didn't allow us to spend much time out there. Our stay at Islestone Cottage enables us to gather the family together and provided plenty of space. Very clean, well renovated with a sizeable garden if required. All in all, perfect place to go with 10 mins walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to a choice of pubs and cafes. There is a new estate being built nearby but this does not impact the coRead morettage at all. Super holiday cottage Hide

Its close to the village and beach and so many interesting historic venues to take the children to when the weather is poor!! Spacious and warm despite the poor weather and suited to our three generational family!!!

It wasnt far from the beach but you would have to walk across a field with either sheep or cows in it . Not good if you have a push chair. The lane down to the house wasnt lit so you need to drive or have a good torch .
