The Harbour Cottage, Beadnell

The Harbour Cottage is found in one of the most enviable locations in the peaceful village of Beadnell. The cottage is located next to the old stone lime kilns that are now owned by the National Trust on the village harbour and is only a few yards from the beach. This traditional fisherman’s cottage benefits from a combination of history and a modern interior with all the comforts of home.

Downstairs the modern kitchen has all mod cons including a dishwasher. A washing machine and large fridge/freezer are found on the utility room adjacent. The kitchen has a dining table with seating for four. The dining room leads from the kitchen and offers the ideal space for family meals and entertaining with a large table and seating for six. The living room has comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV and an open fire, making it an ideal spot for relaxing inside on a cold day.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has an en suite shower room and the second and third bedrooms share a modern, fully tiled family bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is an additional sitting room with a sofa and lamps for reading. The large window looks out over the beautiful sweeping sands of Beadnell bay.

The cottage has a small lawn and patio area to the front with space to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine in the warmer months. Off street parking is found to the rear of the property.
