The beautiful original stone fireplace has been restored in the living room and fitted with a wood burning stove. This cosy, softly lit room has comfortable leather sofas, an antique dresser and a 32 inch flat screen TV with a DVD player and feeview. The brand new kitchen with dishwasher has space for dining for six. Upstairs there are 3 comfortable bedrooms and a newly fitted modern bathroom. Brand new electric heaters have been fitted throughout the house making this cottage the perfect home from home all year round. With a utility room with washer, dryer, sink and storage space and space to sit out.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (double bunk on bottom which can be a sofa), wardrobe, chest of drawers
Bathroom: Family bathroom with an electric shower over the bath, heated towel rail, bathroom cabinet.
Utility Room: There is a washing machine, tumble dryer storage space and sink in the utility room which leads to the enclosed yard

To the rear of the cottage there is an enclosed shared yard where you can sit out, relax and enjoy a well deserved glass of wine and barbecue!
