Property Detail
Herring House is situated on Crown Street, close to Seahouses village centre. This spacious end terraced, stone property comfortably sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms. The property has great charm with many period features but all the modern amenities you would expect from a quality holiday home including oil central heating.
Herring House provides an ideal base for a holiday in Northumberland. Not only is the property conveniently located near to the village centre but all the Northumberland attractions are within easy reach. You can take a trip to the Farne Islands from Seahouses harbour and there are stunning beaches to the north and south within walking distance of the cottage. The market town of Alnwick and the Cheviot Hills are only a 15 drive away as are Holy Island and Lindisfarne to the north.
The property comprises a lounge with two sofas and a chair around a wood burning stove set into a large stone fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD, Freeview and CD/radio. The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a family bathroom with electric shower over bath.
