This tastefully decorated property benefits from a peaceful location, yet very close to the sea and within easy reach of the shops, harbour, golf club and local amenities in Seahouses village.
Inside, the cottage has a fabulous modern kitchen with all mod cons including washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, etc. The lounge is spacious and very comfortable with sumptuous sofas and table and chairs for dining. The lounge has TV, DVD, Freeview digibox and a range of DVDs and games for the whole family. The lounge opens through French windows to a lovely enclosed garden where you can enjoy a barbecue and meals alfresco in the summer months. Upstairs is a double room with en-suite shower room and second bedroom with double bed with single bunk above and a family bathroom.

Notes on accommodation
Seaside House is located on the Kingfield housing complex in Seahouses village. These quality homes were built in 2001 and they provide excellent accommodation as a holiday let. The cottage is well insulated with a modern heating system, meaning it is ideal for a winter break and with a lovely
large natural stone patio, this property is great in summer too. With a specious lounge, two bathrooms, plenty of parking and within easy reach of the village amenities, what more do you need? And the beach is only two minutes walk away!

Ideal for walking all year round with beaches either side of the village. There is information about visitor attractions in the property. Dunstanbrough and Bamburgh Castles nearby, Farne Islands accessed from Seahouses harbour 3 miles away. Alnwick, Holy Island, Lindisfarne and other great places to visit are all within easy reach of the property.
Travel
From the South: Continue past Newcastle and Morpeth on the A1 (M), following signs for Alnwick. Take second exit for Alnwick (Alnwick Gardens), and follow signs for Seahouses (13 miles). The cottage is located on the Kingsfield Estate on your right as you enter Seahouses village, just after the golf club.

At Seahouses you are literally surrounded by stunning scenery and spoilt for choice for things to do and places to visit. Within a short walk of the cottage are many attractions of Seahouses itself. The harbour is just around the corner and there are many pubs, shops and restaurants to choose from along Main Street.
The Farne Islands can be reached by regular boat trips from Seahouses harbour. Great for bird lovers and geologists.
The historic town of Alnwick is only 10 miles away where you will find a thriving, historic market town with something a bit special! Even if you are not green fingered, a visit to Alnwick Gardens is a must, where you can stroll around the stunning gardens and waterfalls. Harry Potter fans of all ages should visit Alnwick Castle (or Hogwart’s School) and relive some of the favourite scenes from the popular films.
The Heritage coastline is dotted with castles and villages and stunning beaches – ideal for walking all year round. The Cheviot Hills are only a short drive away offering superb views across to Holy Island and Lindisfarne. Alternatively, a stroll along the coats to Bamburgh Castle (only 1 mile away) or a visit to Holy Island are both ideal for a family day out.
Booking notes
A deposit of a third of the cost of the holiday (or a £100 minimum) will be required to secure the booking. The balance is to be paid six weeks before your holiday starts.
