Coble Cottage is located in the historic harbour area of Seahouses village. The cottage is only 2 minutes walk from the Main Street and just round the corner from the harbour. Ths spacious cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in three bedrooms.
The cottage has been tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything you need from a dishwasher to an expresso coffee machine. The cottage also benefits from the use of an enclosed yard, which provides a convenient area to sit out and have a barbecue with friends or a peaceful afternoon with a glass of wine!

Notes on accommodation
The cottage itself, has all the modern facilities you would expect from a quality holiday cottage. Whilst the property is a traditional stonebuilt cottage in the heart of the the harbour area, it has been tastefully decorated throughout, with modern quality furniture anf fittings to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage has a good heating system, which means the property is suitable for a holiday or short break all year round.

Ideal for walking all year round. There is a selection of information about local attractions in the cottage. Ideal base for geologists and bird watchers as access to the Farne Islands is from Seahouses Harbour.
Travel
From the South continue past Newcastle and Morpeth on the A1 (M), following signs for Alnwick. Take second exit for Alnwick (Alnwick Gardens), and follow signs for Seahouses (13 miles) along the B1340. As you pass Beadnell on the right, you will bear left along the coast towards Seahouses village. After Seahouses Golf Club on the right, you will arrive in Seahouses village.
Within ¼ mile, you will come to a Jet garage on the left. Opposite the garage, turn right onto Dunstan View. Take the third right turn onto Taylor Street and the cottage is located on George Street, the first turning on the right on Taylor Street.

At Seahouses you are literally surrounded by stunning scenery and spoilt for choice for things to do and places to visit. Within a short walk of the cottage are many attractions of Seahouses itself. The harbour is just around the corner and there are many pubs, shops and restaurants to choose from along Main Street.
The Farne Islands can be reached by regular boat trips from Seahouses harbour. Great for bird lovers and geologists.
The historic town of Alnwick is only fifteen minutes drive away where you will find a thriving, historic market town with something a bit special! Even if you are not green fingered, a visit to Alnwick Gardens is a must, where you can stroll around the stunning gardens and waterfalls. Harry Potter fans of all ages should visit Alnwick Castle (or Hogwart’s School) and relive some of the favourite scenes from the popular films.
The Heritage coastline is dotted with castles and villages and stunning beaches – ideal for walking all year round. The Cheviot Hills are only a short drive away offering superb views across to Holy Island and Lindisfarne. Alternatively, a stroll along the coats to Bamburgh Castle (only 1 mile away) or a visit to Holy Island are both ideal for a family day out.
Booking notes
The cottage is available to rent on a weekly basis all year round. Short breaks are also available off-peak. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week will be required to secure the booking. The balance to be paid 4 weeks before your holiday. A returnable damage deposit of £75 will be payable on arrival.
Notes on prices
Prices shown on a Saturday are per week in UK Pounds. For short break prices, simply click on your start date (Friday or Monday), select the number of nights and click GO. The price for the break will then appear.
Weekly bookings (7 nights) are available from Saturday to Saturday.
Special weeks indicated in green are available for bookings of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday or short stays with a minimum of 3 or 4 nights commencing on a Friday or Monday.
