Castle View is a luxury apartment in the sort after Viking Development located at the top of the harbour. Spacious and modern with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this property offers the highest standard of holiday accommodation. The balcony to the front of the property looks out over one of the most beautiful views in Seahouses.

Oven/hob, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, dish washer, iron and ironing board, three bathrooms, TV/DVD/freeview box, I Pod docking station, balcony to the front of the property with table and chairs, a second larger sun trap balcony to the rear, secure parking inside the development.

Outside
There is balcony to the front of the property with a table, chairs and superb views across the coast. To the rear of the property there is another much larger balcony which is fantastic for catching the afternoon sun. There is space to park inside the development directly outside the entrance to the property.

Coast/Beach
1 minute walk to the harbour and a five minute walk to the beach.

Special interest holidays
Ideal for walking holidays all year round. An excellent base for those interested in geology and bird watching as there is access to the Farne Islands from Seahouses Harbour. Close to stunning golf courses at Dunstanborough, Seahouses and Bamburgh.

Travel
From the South continue past Newcastle and Morpeth on the A1 (M), following signs for Alnwick. Take second exit for Alnwick (Alnwick Gardens), and follow signs for Seahouses (13 miles) along the B1340. As you pass Beadnell on the right, you will bear left along the coast towards Seahouses village. After Seahouses Golf Club on the right, you will arrive in Seahouses village. At the roundabout turn right and continue down Main Street. At the bottom of the road turn left at the roundabout and you will see The Viking Development on your right. The electronic gates to the property are situated next to The Farne Gift Shop.

Further details
At Seahouses you are literally surrounded by stunning scenery and spoilt for choice for things to do and places to visit. Within a short walk of the cottage are many attractions of Seahouses itself. The harbour is just around the corner and there are many pubs, shops and restaurants to choose from along Main Street.

The Farne Islands can be reached by regular boat trips from Seahouses harbour. Great for bird lovers and geologists.

The historic town of Alnwick is only 10 miles away where you will find a thriving, historic market town with something a bit special! Even if you are not green fingered, a visit to Alnwick Gardens is a must, where you can stroll around the stunning gardens and waterfalls. Harry Potter fans of all ages should visit Alnwick Castle (or Hogwart’s School) and relive some of the favourite scenes from the popular films.

The Heritage coastline is dotted with castles and villages and stunning beaches – ideal for walking all year round. The Cheviot Hills are only a short drive away offering superb views across to Holy Island and Lindisfarne. Alternatively, a stroll along the coast to Bamburgh Castle (only 1 mile away) or a visit to Holy Island are both ideal for a family day out.

Booking notes
A deposit of a third of the cost of the holiday (or a £100 minimum) will be required to secure the booking. The balance is to be paid six weeks before your holiday starts.
