3 Smugglers Cove

This delightful newly built cottage provides accommodation to a very high standard for up to six people in three bedrooms. The property has been recently built using the very best local stone and the interior has been finished to a very high standard with lots of attention to detail. The fixtures and fittings and furniture are all very good quality, providing a comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy a holiday or short break.

The spacious and light lounge is tastefully furnished and decorated with two large sofas, flat screen TV and video, along with a dining table and seating for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you are likely to need, including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle etc. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and basin and there is an additional wc located in the cloakroom downstairs. There are three bedrooms, all tastefully decorated and furnished, the master has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom located downstairs has a bunk bed. The property is central heated, which means you can enjoy a holiday here whatever the season.

Saturday (3 night weekend breaks and 4 night midweek breaks available off-peak)

Bedroom 3 : Bunk bed located downstairs (small room).

Lounge/Dining Room : Two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, video player, dining table with seating for 6.
Kitchen : Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer. All crockery and cutlery is provided. Iron and ironing board also provided.
Cleaning/towels/linen Maid service

: Duvet, linen and towels are provided. Changed weekly for two week or longer stays.
Outside : There is allocated space for one vehicle in front of the cottage. There is an enclosed garden at the front of the cottage.















Notes on accommodation
The spacious lounge is lovely and light with large windows at the front. The sofas are big and sumptuous, providing a great place to enjoy a relaxing afternoon or evening. The cottage is conveniently located near the amenities in Beadnell village and the beach. With space at the front of the cottage to sit out and enjoy the tranquility and afternoon sun, this is a great place to relax and unwind.

It’s location means you can use the cottage as a base to explore the stunning Northumberland coastline, Farne Islands, Alnwick and Cheviot Hills or you could just relax in the cottage and enjoy the village, the local amenities, the beach and the harbour.

Ideal for walking all year round with beaches either side of the village. There is information about visitor attactions in the property. Dunstanbrough and Bamburgh Castles nearby, Farne Islands accessed from Seahouses harbour 3 miles away. Alnwick, Holy Island, Lindisfarne and other great places to visit are all within easy reach of the property.

Travel
From the South: Continue past Newcastle and Morpeth on the A1 (M), following signs for Alnwick. Take second exit for Alnwick (Alnwick Gardens), and follow signs for Seahouses (13 miles) along the B1340. Beadnell village is located on the coast about 3 miles before you get to Seahouses. The property is located on Longstone Park, which borders Edgewater Lake in Beadnell.

Further details
Beadnell is located on the North Northumberland coastline, about 3 miles south of Seahouses. It is well known for its sandy beaches, tranquility and superb scenery.

The historic village of Beadnell lies just a few miles east of the main A1 that links Edinburgh with Newcastle-upon-Tyne, but despite this, it remains off the beaten track and as a result has not been spoilt by over-development.

Beadnell is a peaceful village but benefits from a couple of good pubs, offering excellent food, a cafe and general store. The village provides an ideal central point from which to discover this fascinating and picturesque coastline.

A deposit of a third of the cost of the holiday (or a £100 minimum) will be required to secure the booking. The balance is to be paid six weeks before your holiday starts.
