Dunes View, Beadnell

Tucked behind the dunes of Beadnell Bay this beautiful property provides everything you need for the perfect seaside holiday. Dunes View sleeps up to six people in four bedrooms and offers spacious accommodation with enviable outdoor space.

The four bedrooms all lead off from the entrance hall downstairs. The master bedroom overlooks the garden and benefits from an en suite shower room. The second bedroom has a three quarter double bed, the third has twin beds and the fourth bedroom is a single. There is also a family bathroom to the ground floor. A separate door from the garden leads to the utility room: the ideal place to leave wet suits and towels after a day on the beach.

A staircase leads to the light spacious living/dining room where there are two comfortable sofas, a flat screen television and a dining table with seating for 8. French doors lead from the living room onto a large balcony with a table, chairs and sun loungers. This fantastic balcony offers stunning views over the dunes to the sweeping sandy bay. Upstairs you will also find a light modern kitchen with all the mod cons you would expect to find in a modern home.

Dunes View has a large private lawned garden with a gate leading directly out onto the dunes and the beach beyond. This is the ideal space for children to play and adults to relax in the sun with a barbeque and refreshing drink. There is off road parking available to the front of the property, with space for up to two cars.

Further details
Beadnell is located on the North Northumberland coastline, about 3 miles south of Seahouses. It is well known for its sandy beaches, tranquility and superb scenery.

The historic village of Beadnell lies just a few miles east off the main A1 that links Edinburgh with Newcastle-upon-Tyne, but despite this, it remains off the beaten track and as a result has not been spoilt by over-development.

Beadnell is a peaceful village but benefits from a couple of good pubs, offering excellent food, a cafe and general store. The village provides an ideal central point from which to discover this fascinating and picturesque coastline.
